For reference, here is what the login screen of our new SSR member portal looks like. 

To access the portal for the first time: You should have received a link from info@ssr.org containing your username and a link to our new member portal. You can then set up a password on the site by clicking "Click here to reset your password" under the "Sign In" button.

To access the member portal in the future: Bookmark members.ssr.org and click the words "Sign In" in the top right-hand corner of the screen or visit the SSR homepage and click "Member Login" in the top right corner. 

Update Your Information and Settings

When you first log in, you will be asked to set your member profile preferences. These control how much or little information is visible to other SSR members and what notifications you will receive. These can be updated at any time by clicking on your name in the top right, selecting “Account + Settings” from the dropdown, and then selecting “Information & Settings” on the lefthand side.

The Account and Settings section is where you can edit all of your professional, personal, and privacy information. Click on your name in the top right and select "Account + Settings". 
You will be brought to your account settings page and see a menu appear on the lefthand side with additional options. 

My Profile is where you can reset username and password, edit your contact information, and add your photo, demographic or interest area information. 
Information & Settings is where you can set your contact preferences.
Payments & History is where you can see purchases from the store, membership invoices, event registrations, etc.

Explore Your New Member Experience

Once you’ve edited your personal info and settings, you’re ready to explore the social features of the new SSR site. Think of this as something like Facebook or LinkedIn.  You can connect with other SSR members, add your profile picture, post a status, and post to the member feed. You can add what you want and make any of the information public (to members only) or as private as you would like. 

All social aspects of the site are optional! You’re in control of how much you use it and share. 

Click “My Profile” in the top left directly under the SSR logo and you will be able to update your profile picture. Directly to the left of that in the top menu bar is “My Feed”—see what other SSR members are sharing and welcome each other to the new portal.

Renew Your Membership

If your membership is due for renewal, after you've signed in your will see a notification with the words Renew Now!  Click on the Renew Now link and you'll be taken to the Membership Dues screen where you'll choose your membership, then checkout.

New this year! You can sign up for Auto-renew membership and we'll automatically renew your membership each year.
